Everything you need to know about Cloud4Wi Cloud NAC TCO Calculator.
No — it's an estimate, not a quote. Figures come from the inputs you provide plus editable, industry-typical assumptions. Cloud4Wi costs use 2026 list pricing, while traditional NAC costs are blended benchmarks across leading vendors. Every value is adjustable, so you can tailor the model to your environment. For a firm, binding number, request a custom quote from our team.
The Cloud4Wi price combines a per-user subscription and a yearly account/dashboard fee. Visitor Access is an optional add-on. Hedy AI — guided onboarding, automated issue detection and analytics — is included on every tier at no extra cost.
The switch happens automatically based on your total user count — you don't choose the tier manually. Up to 1,000 users, the calculator applies Professional list pricing. Above 1,000 users, it applies Enterprise list pricing across the subscription, account fee and any optional add-ons. This mirrors how Cloud4Wi packages the product, so the estimate reflects the tier you'd actually buy.
Because Cloud4Wi Cloud NAC is cloud-native with built-in RADIUS. There are no on-premises appliances, no high-availability clusters to buy or refresh, and no professional-services engagement to stand it up. You deploy on the WiFi infrastructure you already own and typically go live in days, not weeks or months — so those traditional cost lines simply don't apply.
It uses a blended, fully editable benchmark, since those vendors don't publish list prices. The model combines per-user NAC licensing, optional MDM, per-site RADIUS infrastructure, core servers plus high availability, one-time deployment and professional services, and ongoing administration time. Because every value is adjustable, you can match the estimate to your specific vendor, site count and environment.
Only if your traditional NAC approach depends on it. MDM (for example Intune or Jamf) is billed per device and appears as an optional line you can toggle on or off. Cloud4Wi's identity-based access does not require MDM to control who gets on the network, so on the Cloud4Wi side it carries no MDM cost at all.
Visitor Access is an optional add-on that covers contractors and visitors who need short-term network access. Enable it only if that use case applies to you. If you don't need visitor passes, leave it off and it adds nothing to your total.
The calculator models a multi-year total cost of ownership, and you set the number of years (three by default). Subscription, account, Visitor Access and administration costs recur every year on both sides. On the traditional NAC side, infrastructure, servers and deployment/professional services are one-time costs — which is why longer time horizons widen the gap in Cloud4Wi's favor.
