Cloud4Wi is SOC 2 Type II certified, with CSA STAR compliance and GDPR and CCPA/CPRA tooling. Type I assesses control design at a single point in time; Type II assesses operating effectiveness across six to twelve months, which institutional investors and universities normally require. Neither needs an on-premise RADIUS server: Cloud4Wi includes cloud RADIUS and Eleven runs its own ERAD, or Enterprise RADIUS, platform. The difference is the credential. Cloud4Wi names and documents Private Pre-Shared Key per resident; Eleven describes a Personal Area Network and publishes Passpoint, but does not publish PPSK or iPSK support.
